How does shipping work?
Every Royal Oak super clone ships the same way: a flat $50 worldwide, tracked, dispatched only after you approve the QC photos.
What does shipping cost, and what is included?
Shipping is a flat $50 worldwide, tracked, whatever the destination. Duty and customs clearance are covered by us for the United States and Europe - if a parcel is held or seized we reship it or refund you. Box and papers ("Full Set") add $100 to the watch price; a box set also makes the parcel bigger, so shipping becomes $65 for one and $82 for two.
When is my order dispatched?
After you approve the QC photographs, not after you place the order. The order is placed first, then your actual watch is photographed, then payment and dispatch are arranged. Tracking is issued at dispatch and follows the QC step rather than the order date, so a quiet tracking number in the first day or two is normal.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 7 to 10 business days after dispatch, though customs in your country can add days that nobody controls. We give you the tracking number and the carrier, and you can follow it yourself. If a parcel stops moving, tell us and we will chase the forwarder rather than leave you guessing.
Do I pay duty on top?
No - for the United States and Europe duty and customs clearance are on us, and if a parcel is held or seized we reship it or refund you. Shipping itself is a flat $50 worldwide, tracked.
Can you ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, and for high-value orders we will ask you to confirm who will be there to sign. A returned international parcel is a total loss, so we would rather sort the address out before dispatch than after.
