How does super clone QC work?
Your watch is photographed after you order and before anything is charged: dial, caseback, movement, bracelet and clasp. Approve before paying, every time.
What do the pre-shipment photos show?
The dial and hands, the caseback with the reference engraving, the movement, the bracelet and the clasp, plus the case serial. You get the set for your watch, not a stock image - if the photographs look like a different dial or a different reference, say so, because that is what the step is for. Every set carries your order number on it, and we check it before it reaches you: if the number on the photos is not the number on your order, those photos are not treated as yours.
What happens if I do not like what I see?
It stops there. No payment is arranged, nothing is dispatched, and you are not committed to anything. We would rather re-shoot or source another piece than send something you already told us was wrong.
Why is nothing charged before that?
Because the whole model is photographs first, money second. Nothing on this site takes a payment on its own, and we do not publish stock counts - these are built and sourced per order, so a countdown or a stock badge would be a claim we cannot stand behind.
Are the photos of my watch or a sample?
Of your watch. The only images on this site that are not yours are the ones in the reference index, which show the type - your own set arrives after you order and before you pay.
